We’ll use an Open Space approach to create an agenda combining guided activities, exploration, and reflection—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

Led by experienced facilitators who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and stay flexible to whatever emerges.

Sunday May 2
Optional evening dinner with INTAGIO, the International Association of Gestalt in Organizations
Monday May 3
Mid-day convening followed by community building and Open Space session to explore offers and requests
Tuesday May 4
Participant-led learning and exploration of Gestalt concepts
Wednesday May 5
Client work and alumni association annual meeting. Group dinner in the evening.
Thursday May 6
Making meaning and plans for the future. Midday adjournment followed by group lunch and departure
